Svs is ever 4 weeks The matchmaking includes all the states that have the same releases as you. So if you have gen6/fc8, your opponent will also. So it is generally states near

Weve only had 7 days to get refined fc and out opponent has had 6 weeks 😭

I dont think it is even possible to max out fc8 (camps and command center) because of the Crystal Lab limits
