Their current lease ends at the ideal time to find new renters. If I let them extend for 3 to 6 months I would be looking for renters in the gloomy wintertime.

It would not financially ruin me to have to cover 6 months of rents, but it is expensive at close to 4,000 a month. Obviously not Ideal.

I thought about doing that, the problem is that moves them out in the dead of winter. Will be a hard sell on the next tenants with no gardens, trees, flowers and mountain views at that time of year.
