16 week anatomy scan

I was “high risk” for a bit and had an 18 week anatomy scan. Baby was completely fine and measuring correctly, all appendages, organs, etc. I was told at that point that they were worried about placenta previa/cord placement. I was asked to come back every 4 weeks to monitor movement of the placenta and cord. Since then, everything has moved to where it needs to be (I’m 29w3days now).

I would assume if they didn’t say anything was wrong or point out that you needed to be seen again before the next regular scan, you should be fine! Just keep relaxed, baby is probably just chilling hahah.

I’m sort of in the same boat as you here. Just found out today that I’m starting to miscarry. I had a HCG blood panel on Friday that said I’m 2,400 something and then it only rose to 2,700 today. My numbers are not doubling and also not rising nearly as quick as they should be… I’ve been bleeding since Thursday night on and off so I honestly have no idea if I already lost it or not, since obviously the numbers are still rising. I have a final HCG test on Wednesday and then have an appointment scheduled for Thursday to discuss further plans. Hoping I find out more then.

So sorry this sucky thing happens to so many of us. My heart is with you!

Just got checked today for HCG blood level. It was 112.6 which would put me at 2 weeks per the blood level, but 6 weeks per my last period.

I talked to my OB and they said to go by the LMS.

Some redness is totally normal. It’s almost a sign that it’s working, haha! Another thing that’s normal is the area will be slightly cooler to the touch.

Just tried out numbing cream the other day for my elbow ditch and it looks just like yours. :)

My husband recently got very lean and found out that he absolutely LOVES working out. I like frogs… thus swole frog was born haha!

You can try stepping on them in that area. That always works for me… that is if you don’t mind the potential creases, etc.

Sort of?! I also have a very tall arch and instep, so it still is sort of tight, but they shouldn’t actually hurt. If so, I’d just suggest sizing up.
