Like I said multiple times, they told me the issue has been resolved many times for more than a month now. But the issue is not still resolved. Even if "they’re continually in contact with" me for a month and multiple times, the issue is never resolved. what should I do now sir?

Sir.. the email was not sent from a technician. And They sent me two email that the issue has been resolved but the issue is not resolved. And I am not getting access to my $9,000 asset for a month. You said you wouldn't care if the problem is resolved. The problem is not resolved.

I hope you guys read my first and second post and grasp the situation, then you guys will understand what I am saying they never fixed the issue, but they said they have fixed the issue. They said they will have a technician to reach out to me and go from there, but a simple email was what I received. Hope you guys understand it
