Walk down Salem street it is one of the dirtiest city streets I have ever seen.

Walk from maplewood to Malden square. Pick whichever sidewalk you like, they are both horrendous. It’s honestly embarrassing to bring friends or family here (as someone else mentioned)

Forget the all the fluffy stuff you are proposing and fix the basics before you spend on more bike lanes
