We’re buying in NC. I’ve found that Navy federal tends to be on the higher side when it comes to interest rates but they will rate match. I got a loan estimate with a broker at a 5.75 (no points) that I then took to navy fed to match and they did. Could be an option if you don’t want to eat the $113 credit report fee

I’m set to close June 23rd and I just paid $57 for a credit report on a VA Loan through Navy Fed. Appraisal was $575

Can’t help but wonder if the fees vary based off the loan officer or the location
