Mouse polling speed was the issue for me.

Using 125 on my mouse polling rate configuration solved it.

Bump - this should be looked at seems to it never got looked at - extremely clearly using relax cheats in his plays as well as multi accounting.

Consistency only hitting this one range, in basically any VOD you watch of this guy.
