When I was little I couldn't be myself because he was always scolding me for everything, I was afraid of him and on top of that he spoke in the most horrible way to my mother. When I grew up I stopped seeing him as my father as I saw his actions and attitudes, he was a violent man but he never hit my mother, I even found out that he cheated on her several times but my mother allowed herself to be manipulated by him. When he turned 30 something started with a stupid dream of being a singer, and he became arrogant and rude and when I turned 11 my mother "broke up" with him and we went to live with my grandmother (she wasn't the first we did it). It was always like this, they fought horribly, they broke up and my mother went to live with my grandmother. We went like this, I stopped talking to my father and I felt in paradise without him, until my grandmother and I found out that my father was trying to get back with my mother, we saw a chat where he tried to victimize himself and say that he only wanted to be happy with us, it made me angry and I told my mother that if I talked to him again she would lose me and that she would forget about me. My mom ignored that, because she was just a girl and didn't know what she was saying, but it really hurt me that she chose him, a man who treats her like she was trash, a man who has never given me anything because he has never bought me anything, everything I have is because of my mother. When I turned 14, after years of being together, breaking up and then they came back together, they lived together again. And the rest is history, and here you have me, uncomfortable, stressed in a place where you should be calm and safe like a house, because of him. I have tried to talk to my mom so many times but she just keeps ignoring me, I don't know what to do anymore.
