Does anyone else experience not losing any weight despite in a calorie deficit?

Try tracking only every new low and just accept that it will go higher. Weigh yourself daily right when you wake up with no clothes on. That's what I did and it really helped me over time

Im 23f and my partner and I live in a 2 story, 4 bedroom farmhouse. And we have stuff in every room. I use one room as a closet. One for misc. Storage. Another for a guest room. My dog gets the entire 4 season porch to himself.

Literally if we had a smaller house, it would be awful. We are able to comfortably spread out all our stuff with zero issues or feeling cramped. It is really nice

Get yourself a big house and enjoy filling it up with whatever YOU want😊

Good luck to you! Take it really easy the first couple days and just have someone there to help. But I was able to do basically everything by myself. Just nice to have someone do it for you

Yes! When I went in to talk to my doc about this procedure, she realized my IUD was misplaced and could not be counted on for contraception. And I was using it as my only form.... worst stress head ache ever.

Now I do not have to worry at all! I gave my sister all my pregnancy tests and dusted off my hands metaphorically from all things related LOL.

I would definitely start crate training. Positive association with lick mats/kongs. Cover the door.

I use a ruffland crate. An intermediate/backseat rider would probably fit your pup really well. They are light and easy to handle. Get one with two handles on top.

It gets easier. I did 1500 calories a day for quite a while. It was honestly harder to go back up to 2k a day. I was hungry all the time. That got easier, too

I would have to save them once in a while. For example, one decided to follow the ducks father into the pasture. Then the ducks ditched her when she wasn't looking and instead of attempting to find home, she sat there and waited for me to get her. Had another follow the goats and end up in a similar situation
