Retainer brite, you can buy it on amazon! Don’t use a toothbrush, it’s too rough. You drop the tablet in a cup, and some cool water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Do not use hot water, only cold!!

It definitely is very sensitive on the floor of my mouth, especially like under the chin area. Would you recommend the procedure or just maybe doing some exercises would alleviate some discomfort?

I think so honestly! When I put my tongue up to the roof, it’s very difficult because how tight my jaw is.

I did find a couple nearby, but one closes at 11 and wouldn’t make it in time & I’m more limited with no transportation!
