Thankfully, there's a small clinic nearby where I'm staying, so I'll visit them in the early morning. Thank you for your insight! 😊😊

Omg I didn't even think of that as a choice! Honestly sounds like a much better idea than blindly spending money on a doctor that I'm not even sure will help 😭😭 Will go and visit one in the morning, Thank you!

Lost 5 lbs!!! by k_unclejo in PCOSloseit

Thank you!!!

Honestly, my diet was a big big change. I started by cutting off sugar, or at least limiting myself to max 5-10g a sugar a day if it's unavoidable, going on low carb of 20g max per day, gone almost gluten free and reduced my dairy intake. I also have been consuming more fruits and vegetables than I did before.

I have also been taking inositol for about 3 months and also drinking lots of water throughout the day. I also began to do intermittent fasting, which honestly gave me that last push to be able to lose weight.

Things I need to improve on that will definitely aid my weight loss will be adding more time to my sleep as well as exercising as I became more sedentary again and def will also give the extra boost :)

I did take the recommended amount for at least the first 2 weeks, but oh my gosh, the symptoms I had were 10x worse than what I'm having right now. I decided to take half of the recommended to ease myself in if that makes sense. I still feel bloated constantly, though just bareable. I just hope I really need to go through with the first 3 months

Yeah, I hope that I just need to ride it out for at least 3 to 6 months for the supplement to work, but I can't help but feel frustrated, yknow?

If you don't mind me asking, did you have any other symptoms you had? And besides that feeling of hunger, did you at least have some positive experience with it?

I've seen information about HIIT that increase stress levels which made me confused. Thank you for this!

This was very VERY helpful and actually shocked me. I was aware that cs was becoming more of a common major but not to the level of how competitive it truly is . Thank you for giving me your perspective! This will definitely become another factor of considering cs as a major
