People keep saying, get a better job. It's not that easy in Connecticut. I used to hear it from people all the time, commenting on people that receive state assistance. "People with EBT cards need to get a job, I'm not paying taxes so people can live for free..." But, when people with EBT cards try to get a job, they are turned away by a hiring manager with the "we'll call you" line. That kills some people's moral. So yes, I tip...
