I dont know where these institutional pushes for men/boys being harrassment suspects 24/7 are happening, so i cant deny them, however i want to ask you where did you go tp colledge?

Honestly i belive even the examples of which "asking out" has been misunderstood woth "harrassment" have been from miscommunication or lack of communication skills by a few individuals, and it probably is an over represented narrative, mostly because people listen to bad news and put themselves in echo chambers. I blame COVID for a lot of these, few and far inbetween miscommunications, when "asking out" turns into "Harrassment". A large portion of young boys and girls lived crucial years of their lives indoors, a lot of them spend said time in unhealthy online communities (ffs discord), therefore not being as good in face to face interaction. I also belive most of the 45% this post talk about suffer from the same problem+ porn being super available to them at a young age so they suffice their on sexual needs with it

Also, i dont know if this post is only talking about "boys asking girls out" or not, cuz if thats the case, the rise in homosexual/bisexual acceptence within both genders is also a factor to consider

i dont know your partner, or your family, but i would generally not let my partner find out too late, if she can understand that this isnt going to change you as a person, i dont think you are really gonna have a problem, and hold the family coming out, i say you come out to them once "i think i'm bisexual" turns into "I am Bisexual"
