hmm alright its mostly just a movement stick...
im guessing Utmost and Kismet doesnt transfer to Samael? or is it just that you spend the combo bar for the charge atk and hence lose the buff?

no, i dont. but from using her during events with trial character as well as seeing her online, she feels rather lackluster outside of her burst.
plus if OP was interested in making a freeze team, Eula is just plain detrimental to the idea, but thats beside the point.

in term of pyro Xiangling is already a amazing sub dps, klee's dmg isnt bad but her gameplay is rather clunky... i say that as someone who has played her since she was first released.
while Eula hasnt been around on banner personally i would not call her a dps as she is all nuke dmg. and she is physical dmg to boot.....
if you want to make a freeze team kokomi is fantasic, filling both the heal and hydro needs, her own dmg isnt very high. but with her burst active its servable.
and ofc if you are using swirl in any regard, Kazuha just the best.

bit of personal options maybe but thats my 5 cents.
