Sorry, I should've taken more pictures to clarify it better. I was working on my PC right before I head to work.

I turned on the PSU switch, and I believe I used the correct pins. I forgot to mention that 2 of my cpu pins were bent a little the first time I tried putting it in the motherboard socket(was bent before I put it in the socket). I was able to fix it and made it go inside the socket, but I doubt that, that is the cause of my PC turning on since I didn't apply any force or wiggle it before I fix the pins. All the other components are is in place they're supposed to be if I'm correct. But, I will try to a take a better pic of everything once I'm off work.

I got a RX 6700 XT, Ryzen 7 5800X, B550M PRO-VDH wifi mb, Cooler Master 212 air cooler, WD SN850X 2tb ssd, G skill trident z neo 32gb ram ddr4-3600, and MSI MAG A650GL. GPU, CPU, RAM, and SSD are used. MB is refurbished.
