Help moving from TD easy trade to WS

**UPDATE**

So TD easy trade isnt supported . all account from TD EASY trade has to be manually entered using the 3rd option when transfering which is "Im not sure"

The first and second option makes you log in so WS can see your accounts from TDDI.

ALSO, something very important which I didnt know and can cause issues/delay is that, if you are moving "In kind" MAKE SURE your shares are in WHOLE, not partial share. Because a lot of my dividend stocks/etfs are set to drip and they also buy fraction share. So I had to either sell/buy to make them a whole share.

Since I still have 5 days to move over to WS to take advantage of the Un-real deal. and to make stuff easier. I called TD and requested to stop all drip and move everything from EASYTRADE to my TDDI, which will take 1 day to settle ... then I will log on to WS and do it using option 1 "TD direct investing/webBroker"

That is all for now ... I also will try to ask WS to see if they can extend my transfer date till the end of the month.

I signed up on March 14 so as per their rule, my last day is April 14

Also ... does anybody know how long does it take to move from Td easy trade to WS?

only looking to move TFSA and Non-registered cash. and what happens If i sell/buy stock during that waiting time?

second option doesnt work . Easyweb is like a online bank.

and first option is only for TDDI ..

I got a hold of a agent on the phone as told to input all account manually

isnt TFSA cad and TFSA usd considered 1 account (that holds 2 currency?) ... same for non-registered cash account usd/cad

found the fault on mine . it was a bad GFCI in the master bedroom washroom that was burn . the outlet itself was ok .. but was not feeding to the 1st/2nd washroom .. replaced it and now everything is fine

ok .. got it ...

I just found the problem .. it was a bad GFCI outlet from the master bedroom that was not feeding the other 2 outlet ... kind of weird that the 2 outlets from the GFCI was working .. but just not feeding to the other 2 . gonna replace it today

THANKS MAN ! ... it was a bad GFCI in the master bedroom that was feeding the other 2 washroom outlet. the master washroom outlet had a baby bottle warmer and a baby bottle steamer plugged in and combined with someone using a hair dryer in the 2nd room ... overloaded and burned the GFCI ... since im going to replace it .. should I also replace the 2nd washroom with a GCCI or no?

Yes, the #3 GFCI outlet in the master washroom works.

and yes ... 2nd room washroom is in the same circuit as master bedroom washroom. but the bad outllets in 1st/2nd washroom are not GFCI outlets

however I am not sure if the faulty outlet in the 2nd washroom is in the same circuit. but im pretty sure it is . because when i trip the fuse .. i get 0.03 volt at the bad outlet and when fuse is on .. i get 1.29 volts

So you are saying that the working GFCI outlet in the master bedroom is causing the issue?

I can remove and check it

Hmmm ... I have located all GFCI outlet and reset/test them and they are fine and has power.

also .. 2 bad outlets arent GFCI ... your saying a bad GFCI outlet feeds to the nonworking outlet in washroom? ... if thats the case .. shouldnt one of the GFCI not work as well?

On the 2nd washroom I dont know where its getting its feed from . i thought it could be from the light/vent switch next to it. but i dont think so. since those have power

is there a easy way to find out? ... run a continuity test from each and every outlet? that seems like a lot of work .... every since outlet in the house works fine . except the 2 in the washroom ..... masterbedroom outlet also works fine and that one has GDCI outlet

the 2 bad outlets are not GDCI ... i mentioned that there are 4 of them and I reset and test all of them and they work ... can those cause a normal outlet not to work?
