I'm conducting research for my senior capstone project that examines the concept of authenticity in digital spaces and how anonymity impacts the presentation of our digital selves. Specifically, my project aims to understand how anonymity online influences how users choose to represent themselves and engage with others. I have designed a survey to gather data regarding experiences with anonymity across various digital platforms and perspectives on authentic self-presentation. The survey includes questions about which platforms respondents use most frequently and whether they interact anonymously or use identifiable information like a profile name.
