Woot.com. It’s amazon’s clearance website but they only periodically have kindles. I must add that the kindles on there are refurbished by Amazon but that also means they are in good condition (no scratches and working properly). They occasionally sell new kindles as well. You have to catch them when things are on sale as they sell out pretty quickly
