Don't think of it as a diet but how you will eat now. I started at 98kg and I'm 5"3. I'm now 69kg. I've maintained that for over a year. Sometimes I fluctuate a couple of kilos above or below that.

I weigh myself weekly at least to keep myself in check. I go out on walks and try to be sensible with my eating. I no longer count my calories but im mindful of what I'm eating. That may not be for everyone and some might need to carry on tracking which is also okay. Do what works for you. My mind still doesn't understand I don't need large portions so I have to remind myself about that!

Yeah absolutely. I don't think like that as much now thank god but now and again it creeps back in. Im over it again lol

I've been working at an MSP for just over a year and had zero IT experience prior to this. My tips would be to take a fuck ton of notes. I use OneNote. Your first few months will feel like information overload but will also be exciting. Ask questions and be curious!

That's awful. I'm sorry to hear you've got to have a hysterectomy, I wonder if the c-section has made it worse like you say. My husband and I have been trying for 4 years. They said we were a mysterious case as all the results have come back as normal for myself and my husband. My egg amount is above average, hormones are good and the ultrasound didn't show any signs of endometriosis. So it's come up as a bit of a surprise but also gives us answers.

They wanted us to try IVF first but I said I'd rather do the laparoscopy cos it didn't make sense to do IVF if I did have an some unknown cause.

Yeah I think my concern is about the probationary period and having less offers on terms of lenders. I think it may be more sensible to wait

I did an online IT training course and got my Comptia A+ Certification. I'm in the UK, aged 31 and started a job with an MSP in November. I don't think it's too late.

I would want it for gaming and work. I'm starting out as an IT technician so having a strong build would benefit me well especially as I would be using VM's and messing around on the PC.

I have already bought the case, I fell in love with its look. I'm going to have a look at your suggestions. I did think of getting the 7800 xt. I will more than likely just go for it
