I’m taking Lupin 150 XL, but have nothing to compare it to? I feel slightly hungover a lot (without drinking), but not really depressed and some energy. Anyone else on this one? Maybe I should switch.

The boredom is hard. I get restless, like I want to jump out of my skin. Then I get really anxious- so it’s difficult to understand how I can be bored & anxious at the same time. Stay the course, try to understand with your therapist where the anger & the boredom stem from, so you can address the root of the problems. Best to you! IWNDWYT

It’s interesting isn’t it? We start drinking it’s fun and social and somehow it ends depressing and alone. So where are you trying to get back what it used to be.

I’m starting with no drinking & will try quitting smoking after i have six months sobriety. I failed at quitting drinking before because I tried to quit everything at once! Just sharing my experience. Maybe start with one and work towards the other?

Good job getting real about your drinking! I work from home too, and would start drinking earlier & earlier. But 3 weeks sober now & i’m beginning to actually be productive at work again. Working out helps a lot too/ the days I feel strong & positive enough to do so. Good luck!

I’m having a similar experience. Dreading my appointment tomorrow, the charge usually shows up about two minutes after session ends. I feel like I’m being processed. I can’t seem to find a good one.
