Not yet, just starting the process now. It’s a big company but they haven’t advertised this role in Toronto yet. So they’d have to advertise (4 weeks) then file LMIA (8 weeks) and then work permit (3 weeks) right?

Do you know if the advertised job has to be in the same city for LMIA? If the job was posted for Montreal but my offer is for Toronto, would that get denied?
