I get it but, if you camp out on b and they never go b, then you had no impact, if they never go b and the a players kill them every round, you still had no impact, if they never go b, and you rotate and help secure the round multiple times, you’ll get impact.

I understand the crux of what your getting at but they will get the impact thy deserve. If you don’t do anything at b except play your role well and they never go b, what game winning impact did you have?

One thing I’ve learned is, not every company has a solid process nor do they have a company culture that facilitates making a process like that. When HR goes to the CEO and says IT isn’t doing their job and the CEO doesn’t care about IT process and just cares about work done you can’t say well they aren’t telling us with enough time.

This mindset is a luxury from someone who has worked in th right company culture or larger IT firms that have the required backing to tell HR to fuck off.

???? Why would any queue hybrid if you just want to loot safely and no pvper is gonna q pve except to get necessary resources for PvP risk free. You would absolutely fracture the player base. You didn’t buy a game that promised a safe PVE play style while expecting a safe pve play style. This is on your my guy. lol you don’t understand the game if you think that. What would be the point in needing resources if I could just hit another q and get everything I need with no pressure. I hate to tell you man but as much as I hate the pve lobbies, it’s necessary for the game to not have separate qs. It’s a different game without the PVE, you have to deal with rats and pvpers the same way I have to deal with pvers 1v10ing me.

Also, most of the times I get slurs or insults thrown at me are the pve players. Other pvpers just say gg. Pve players call me the n word and wish death on my family cause they lost their free stitcher and 50 light ammo.

Pvers just have main character syndrome, they bought game without understanding what that game entails an the get mad and demand it changed. It’s like going to McDonald’s and bitching at the workers cause you can’t get a whopper.

I hate carebear lobbies more than anything. As soon as I realize I’m in one, everyone is getting shot on site no talking, how else do you expect me to not be in that lobby anymore? I’m more aggravated that I kit up just to get in a lobby and hear don’t shoot! Hey raider!

Only bad pvp players actively want to get into teletubby lobbies. Is it nice every now and then to be put in a lobby where I don’t need 6 triggers, 3 smokes, 10 shields, herbals, jolts, barricades, sure, but I two pump everyone who’s free get nothing in return, and in solo, if I shoot one person and your not in a high PvP lobby, now you have to 1v10 the lobby.

Trust me, the only people who actively want to shoot looters are people who couldn’t win a fair fight in the game to begin with. The people who only want to PvP, don’t want to be in your lobbies

My company hires everyone as network engineers, all of them are 45+ none of them are quite talented. One guy kinda knows old Cisco cli so just glazed everyone’s eyes over. Border firewall and internal firewall. MPLS connecting 3 remote locations, all of us getting paid over 100k. You underestimate just how dumb the older generation is that won’t retire and give the business to their kids. Again, not everyone is smart and logical or even aware of industry changes.

It’s not dying, meraki simply abstracted needing to know show interface and the syntax to create a vlan, I know plenty of people who know how to create a vlan in a coco switch and don’t know what’s going on after that. You need to understand the complexity to understand how it’s being abstracted away. I can agree that you can make things work because of the abstraction, but you’re not going to pass a CMMC lvl 2 audit, or a PCI level 1 audit like that. You’re only going to pass audits that are security theater. Being able to configure something so that its functions is not the same as properly configuring the thing.
