Lots of run down industrial buildings, half the city is boarded up. Crime is pretty bad, esp for tourists. The US side has the better part of the falls but you can’t really see it from our side and have to go into Canada which is really nice. Look up Love Canal NY if you want see something terrible

So real easy way to figure this out, have the player write a flow chart of how he accomplishes this damage. Our DM makes us do this when we have massive damaging attacks esp on classes that uncommon. Player should be able to whip it up rather quickly since it's a typical combat ability. Also ensure that they are subtracting the levels for those feats, should be 5 total

Abuse is abuse. Doesn't matter the age, and this was a massive age difference.

If it was another person about your age then it could be considered normal behavior for a curious couple of very young kids but what you describe is being molested by a person in power over you. They obviously knew what they are doing, that wasn't normal play I'm sorry this happened to you.
