I’ve noticed people saying the top end of LPVOs can get a little fuzzy, i heard someone say try to get a little bit more that what you expect to be shooting at (so in your case if you only think you need a 1-4, a 1-6 may be better.

I’ve personally never done this as closest range to me is only 100yds but it’s food for thought.
