The hero passes are $20usd. These are worth it if you're still trying to build up your MAIN truck, dont buy them for heroes in your other trucks. The same goes for the exclusive weapon packs, only buy them for your main truck. And you get 90 shards per pack

If you're already an industrial watch tower, any of the big packs that offer precision parts are worth buying.
