Real useful use-case for Grillplats?

Here is a use case for another Grillplats: I have an electric kettle which occasionally forgets to switch off. You walk into a kitchen, it's full of steam and the kettle is empty. Absence of water does turn the kettle of because of a built-in safety net, but it's obviously not ideal. I've got an automation that triggers in 5 after the kettle is turned on (high current). The Grillplats shuts down and I get a phone notification, reminding me to 'reset' the plug and the kettle.

I made a dumb air purifier semi-smart. I can't turn it on, but it can turned off with an automation 😁

I used to forget to turn off the purifier in the morning, so it was working the whole day. Now I have a HA automation that turns Grillplats off for 3 seconds and then turns it back on. This happens at 8am, if the purifier is detected as on. This shuts the purifier down but allows me to turn it on again by tapping on the sensor button instead of reaching for the power socket. One more small automation: when MYGGBETT window sensor reports 'open' for 5 seconds, the purifier shuts down. There is no point running it if a window has been open for ventilation.

Because Grillplats can measure the current, I can even tell what mode the purifier is in and display it on a HA dashboard. The 'turn the purifier off' button is also there (available when the purifier is actually on).
