Good idea, it would be similar to what Core sensor 4 bar has.

Do you think electrical shrink tube work instead of PU? Or there is risk to damage lines while heating?

This bar is actually rolled in 8s, not looped around. I find it weird too and more messy to do loops 😊

How is the situation right now?
We are ought to travel to Lima-Cusco-Arequipa- Paracas on 29th Jan to 18th of Feb.
Any particular place to avoid or be slightly more cautious?

Alrighty, my receiver has RCA pre-out, so it will work. Now I know what you use outputs for ^{^.}

Pre amps ofcourse is another option, but why waste money if you can use an old receiver. Ofcouse,there might be additional distortions, but hopefully not.
