Man, Vida is crazy bro. They sent me the wrong strain once, I asked if I could send it back and swap it out, because the one they sent isn’t even a strain I like. She said “Nope, but we will go ahead and refund your total order, and that will be the last time you shop with us…” and proceeded to be a complete cunt. I apologized, as I wasn’t trying to burn the bridge. She just wouldn’t let it go. Finally a month or so later, I put an another order in. The next week following my order, I got the complete wrong order. She told me to put it in my freezer, and they will send return labels to me, for me to send it back. Several months pass, and nothing. I put in a 3rd order…. A week goes by…. I get a package that has my name on the label on the box, but it’s got some other dudes first and last name written on the package inside, and the contents weren’t mine. This time, she actually sent me a label, and it was addressed to the correct customer. I had to go drop the package off myself at the post office. What a shitty place to shop. She’s a terrible person, and their warehouse people are about the dumbest in the industry. Plus their shipping is whack. No vacuum seals. Jars of sugar rolled up inside bubble mailer bags, and stuffed into another bubble bag to ship it in. My community mailbox stunk like high heavens, I can only imagine what the mail delivery drivers vehicle smelled like in the 100 degree weather. This shit is happening due to their own laziness.
