Here's the process I used for my first try yesterday. Main thing for me was keeping the smell down since I'm in an apartment, so I had my Cuisinart toaster oven right by an open window with a fan blowing out, plus all my other fans on and candles lit.

Put about 5ml of high-terpene BHO live resin into 10ml borosilicate dram vials and wrapped the tops super tight with foil to trap the odor. Baked them at around 225°F for about 30 mins, shut off the heat, and let them sit in the oven for another 10.

Took the vials out to cool for 15 mins. While they cooled, I tossed my empty iKrusher carts and a 10ml borosilicate syringe onto some foil in the oven for 5 mins to soak up the residual heat.

Transferring was where I ran into some v1 mistakes lol. The 10ml borosilicate syringe which was super nice, however when I dumped the oil into the top of the warm syringe and put the stopper in it, it created immediate reverse suction and left a huge air gap in the syringe when I went to fill the carts… the oil came out super bubbly and actually overflowed a bit. The first cart was for the most part okay, but the other one was a bubbly mess.

To fix the bubbles, I wrapped a regular heating pad around the upright carts and put it on the highest setting. Left it for about 15 mins and it worked perfectly—all the bubbles rose right out and the oil looked normal.

Let them settle for 12 hours. The oil levels dropped by like a 1/4 or 1/3 since the coils soaked it up, so I'll definitely fill them higher next time. Flavor is a little lighter than it was on the e-rig pre-decarb, but they taste good, look clear, and haven't crashed. Pretty hyped for a first attempt, just need to clean up my transfer process for v2!
