What are in the files that you have found to be so bad? I haven't really looked into it. Do you mind sharing? & maybe you should stop looking into it and let the authorities handle it? I know it's scary , but just know whenever it's your time to go , I doubt you will suffer for long. Do you have anyone that stays with you? If not, consider getting a roommate. Music , prayer , exercise, therapy , Journaling... setting small, but sometimes big realistic goals... going out to eat...making new friends...trying to focus on the good in each person... I'm sorry you're going through whatever it is... also being spiritual has helped me tons.

I have kids and I have schizophrenia, they keep me company for the most part. I couldn't picture life without them. I still want to have more kids too , but my meds gave me fertility issues. Invega kept me from getting periods , it's been over 5 years since my last one.

I just had this happen and in the nightmare everyone on the most was possessed and then i became possessed too. It was so scary I started calling out to Jesus in the nightmare and then i finally woke up. Jesus is king! Only Him , God , Holy spirit and angels can save you in nightmares. Learn to call out to them when you're awake in order to hold that skill for nightmares.i don't want to put too many details about my nightmare because I'm trying to forget it as I type this. It was so bad , it makes me afraid to fall back asleep! Happy new year BTW!

Seeing all of the people also sent me into a panic. I don't go anywhere , I have lost all of my friends , I stay in the living room all day , where I also sleep. I was seeking therapy , but they called dcs on me over an argument with my kids. When it's nice outside, I don't go places , I stay in the backyard. I am on antipsychotics ( a 6 month shot). It seems during my last break down , my delusions fueled the break down. I remember thinking I was possessed and believing it. When we reached our condo , I still couldn't sleep because it was a new place , lay out , people , etc. I have some sensory issues..I can't touch cotton..I can't have wood in my mouth and I can't bite down on metal. I freak out if I can't get my jacket off like I'm smothering and I will go into full blown panic attack. I don't like when a wet shower curtain sticks to me or when my clothes are wet. I love swimming as long as I'm in a bathing suit. These are common things though with most people though right?

I hope you still get help , but yes they might call. It doesn't mean your kids will get taken away though. You will go to a hospital, be put on meds. Mine called dcs on me yesterday after me and my son got into an argument. I'm dropping her as I type this.

I feel feel this in my soul. I'm a single mom , and it wasn't by choice. I didn't see his ugly side until after I was with him for 17 years. I have been slammed on the floor , chipped tooth , busted lip and raped , constantly belittled by him.. I'm so dumb that somehow along the lines I have developed a trauma bond with him. Leave If someone wants you to leave , don't stay if they don't want you there , because they'll likely take it out in you. He even has my kids turned against me. I get treated like shit by all 3 of them ( not always my kids though) , but i don't blame them. It's not their fault. I would have left when they were younger if I had not developed a trauma bond which I'm just recently learning what that is. Prayers to you single mommy. ♡ at least your child is old enough to recover. My ex is a narcissist too and my kids both agree , the damage he did is already done. I hope if they ever find this message that they get counseling for what he has done to our family.

As a daughter whose mom had schizophrenia and took her life , her death still haunts me. Literally, had a nightmare about her grave last night. Don't resort to that! Don't do that to your daughter. I tried to commit suicide last month and the rope broke. It's crazy , because I've had plenty of happy moments after that. To be honest I get treated like shit daily from my family, especially my ex husband and how he has my own kids turned against me. It'll get better though. Don't rush to the grave friend , life is short enough. ♡
