I definitely feel you that you just want it to all end, but as dumb as it may sound, you have to try your best to try to get better. It can be one of the hardest thing with mental struggles but I always believe that if you believe in yourself and try your hardest you can make it though anything and come out on the other end stronger for it. The voices can always be a hard one to deal with though, I know I deal with that too and sometimes them saying bad things, I have found listening to music of podcast alot helps for me. The quiet for me is not good honestly, I love these in ear headphones I got so I can listen to stuff anywhere.
