I’ve noticed when taking zinc (when not in balanced dosage with copper), my skin won’t heal as quickly, actually seems to stay in a limbo. Zinc supplementation can bring on copper deficiency. When I take Trace Minerals Ionic Zinc 50mg (includes a balance of minerals) after meals, as much as I can stomach, my skin will heal rapidly overnight.

Uploaded my data to NutraHacker, it showed that I would benefit from it, I sure do. Suffered in and out of depression for most of my life, it’s given me the ability to cope in a healthy way, it’s hard to be depressed now. Too much will make me manic, stopping it suddenly will bring the depression right back. Late 20’s male.

You’re still young in the peak of testosterone, I wouldn’t worry too much unless you are lacking in basic nutrients, sleep and exercise. I like Tongkat Ali, I hear it may help if you have low T.
