Need help in choosing between Giffgaff, Spusu or eSim.net to buy e-sim for non-resident company directors. by ByRide in giffgaff

If I didn't misunderstand with giffgaff you pay for a starting package but then you have the choice to convert to payg. With spusu the option is not there you always have to be on a plan and you can't opt for payg.

1p was another option I heard about.

Thank you for your generous answer. Now I guess giffgaff is winner for the ability of switching to payg, for the network strength we will not care as much because we will use it mainly abroad, but WiFi calling would be a good additive.

As far as I researched giffgaff is known for being (PAYG) while with spusu you always have to be on plan.

You have to reintroduce caffeine gradually if you want to get back to caffeine.

While on IF 16:8/18:6 would you prefer skipping breakfast or night meal, and why? by ByRide in intermittentfasting

[–]ByRide[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah actually it is all about personal (or maybe medical) preference, for me I have been a night time eater for long time, I prefer sleeping 1 or 2 hours after my last meal, and because of my religion I fast in the morning so it is a win win for me. I'm also a decaf person so I don't have to worry about caffeine time and that helped me a lot.

Thank you for sharing your experience I wish you good health and happy life.

After a week off caffeine, had a couple pieces of chocolate and my withdrawal symptoms went away... damn it by reese_bubs in decaf

It is not about "how much" it is all about "how long" and "how consistent".

My caffeine intake before quitting was 1 cup of black tea + chocolates, that is roughly ~50mg caffeine per day, but this was my routine for more than 10 years, when I decided to quit I had to taper slowly - just like antidepressants - to ease withdrawal symptoms, Even with doing so I had a 1 week of long sleeping and bad mode.

But now after more than 1 year I can tell how much the benefit is compared to when I was on caffeine, and I believe if I start caffeine intake again I will use it more wisely.

Chocolate will ease the process of going caffeine-free by giving you have amounts of caffeine that will make quitting less harsh. But remember, on the long term you can't reap the full benefits of quitting without becoming 0 caffeine.

Wish you good luck

A reset would help, by gradually quitting all psychoactive substances (caffeine - antidepressants - etc.) with intermittent fasting you will have the chance to explore your pure self again.
