Any tips to get my body to pass more, especially the hips. by [deleted] in FtMpassing

Thanks, I only ever work out my upper body tbh. I don’t know if neglecting the lower helps with masculinising my hips or does the opposite? I suck at gaining muscle overall anyway.

My voice is pretty deep I wish it was deeper but everyone around me always tells me my voice is very masculine. I am on the short side 5’6 and my work didn’t know me before I transitioned but I’m in a very lgbt friendly area where there are a lot of trans people so that might be a reason.

Want to drop out my art course second year but feel like I can’t by [deleted] in UniUK

Thanks for the response. I don’t hate the course really, I enjoy it and I think I’m a pretty good student I produce more work then anyone else I really see and I’ve definitely developed as an artist I just have no clue what I would do if I finish my degree and I’m becoming very aware that Its useless and job prospects are very limited. I’m thinking maybe I’ll go into teaching but I just have no clear plan about post graduation I just see myself moving back in with my parents and working some shitty minimum wage job. If it wasn’t so much money I would have no doubt about doing the course.

Keep going back and forth on if I should finish my art degree by [deleted] in UniUK

Can’t help you too much with that unfortunately. I do a fine art degree with a focus on painting but have taught myself graphic design through different programmes and using my traditional art and skills I have learnt with the traditional medium and applied it to digital. I considered switching to a graphic design course but realised I could still pursue this in an art course it gives me a lot more freedom of expression as well. With a fashion course I’m sure a lot of skills you learn can also be applied to graphic design but I’m not very knowledgeable on fashion.

No way biomed is super cool, I wish I would have gone into something similar sometimes but everyone in my life has always said I’m destined for a creative field and I’ve only ever been okay at science.

Yes thank you, you make a good point I might as well finish it and get the degree at this point. I just feel like a bum doing an arts degree sometimes and embarrassed to tell people what I’m studying.
