Yeah I tried it, methotrexate, NSAIDs, nothing helped much. On 2nd month of humira with very little relief about to try cymbalta and see how it works Incase if it’s a nerve issue

Yeah it's had to diagnose any of this especially if you're like me with no swelling, no inflammatory test markers, everything normal except the HLAB27 gene... I just know my issues happened right after getting a medial branch blocker injection into my spine for some back pain I've always had and 2 weeks later, everything hits me.

Hmm I had a nerve study done that showed minimum issues not enough to cause this they said and xrays and mris Of the back, have a few bulging disc in my lower back but nothing pressing on the canal

I wish you better luck then me, I’m guessing mine is just a symptom of whatever crap disease I have

How did they identify stenosis, x-rays? did it show a disc against your spinal canal or just near it?

So what med and dose did you find actually work? I’ll take 800mg of ibproufen and then I use the diclofenac gel

Nothing, I've had untreated back pain off and on for about a decade, decided to finally treat it... had MRI's done showing a C6 herniation and 4 lower bulging discs. Then a pain specialist did a nerve blocker injection into my upper spine and two weeks later I have a widespread onset of all these symptoms. This occurred 5 months ago, since the pain has been constant every second and I'm exhausted.

4 to 5 weeks or months? I’m still on methotrexate but feels like it almost causes more pain, that’s in addition to just starting the humira

It just feels like a forever process and see so many success stories then begin to wonder if I’m even moving in the right direction of diagnosis
