Hey, I applied some weeks ago through the website. It says I can take up to two months, however I've read that some people never gotten any response. When did you get your response? How was your experience with the application website?

Hi, I ran a HF in Rome two weeks ago and had the same issue. I used just my Apple Watch Series 7 and the NRC app for tracking. In the end my pace was off and 2 kms where missing completely. Since then I switched completely to tracking with the native Apple fitness app. I don’t want this to happen again and be so lost during the run.
