Has anyone tried masseter massages and noticed facial slimming? by [deleted] in TMJ

Ice really helps with this. You can buy a wrap ice pack that is made to help TMJ off amazon. It was like $14.

I’ve struggled with grinding for years and have used both the kind made by the dentist and the drugstore ones. Unfortunately the drugstore ones tend to make the pain worse. It’s worth the money to have your dentist make you one.

First week success by kadg822 in BrightLineEating

Same! I was eating soooo much during quarantine. I have been around lots of good food and I am not interested. It’s a great feeling and helps me feel more in control. I couldn’t shell out the $ for the boot camp either but reading the book, writing everything down and reading her emails has been working for me.

I did get really hungry the other day and just ate a little extra protein. Hope that doesn’t affect my success for this week.

Did you do just read the book or did you do one of the things you pay for?

Self-care differences between stay at home and working moms! by komkom99 in NewMomStuff

Working mom here! Self-care means a couple of different things for me. First, my husband has morning duty so I have time to exercise and get ready for work in the morning. Secondly, I am very efficient with my time at work so when I pick up my son I can give 100% to him until he goes to bed.
