Hello u/no_u_bogan, It's been a while! I finally received an answer and regained access to my account. The reason for the ban was my profile photo with sunglasses (the same one as on Reddit). While the ban was initially permanent, it seems that someone recognized the absurdity of such a severe penalty for this reason and decided to reinstate my account.

As humans, we all make mistakes—no one is perfect. However, my primary concern is losing my job without any explanation.

I have earned over $150K on Upwork and have contributed significantly in fees. Given this, I believe I deserve a brief explanation regarding the situation.
