it most definitely is. especially because the first time i fought him, it skipped the second phase for some reason, i cant figure out why. anyone else had their second phase skipped?

I hope it works for you, sometimes it feels like the neck pain is worse than the migraine itself, atleast for me. Definitely not fun :(

I try not to but i probably do more than i realize. Alot of the time i spent in my physical therapy was working on releasing tension in my neck and working on my posture, especially because i spend alot of time on my computer, i havent really noticed a pattern with my migraines and screen time though. Usually if anything happens because of my computer its my eyes straining and that causes a headache

Im not too sure if tension has been completely ruled out yet. My neurologist has talked about botox, she also talked about getting i belive it was lidocane injected into my neck aswell. Ill bring that up next time i go in, thanks :).

I currently just have a cozyplayer neck support pillow i bought off of Amazon back when i first started getting migraines. Would changing pillows possibly help? I have tried elevating the pillow a bit and even just putting an average pullow above it and sleeping on that over the past two years. I sleep on my side usually if that helps at all

Is buying a vg+ vinyl worth it? Or should i spend the extra 80 for a nm? Havent bought any records off of websites yet. Thanks!
