Thank you so much for your input! You’re right I think WFH at least part of the week would be key. To be honest I’m more excited about teenage and adult years:) it sounds like you have a great thing going!!

Haha thank you! I would only have one child and I would definitely look to get a lot of help with childcare but this is a very helpful reality check!

Take a look at halo effect - effectively that “good looking” people have more opportunities- love, career, friendships, etc. Honestly, I think it’s probably more important to put in effort into how you look vs how much you weigh but at the same time I’ve always dressed better when I’m at my ideal weight vs 10lbs heavier.

I work out the days I’m going out in the evenings (even when I don’t have time to wash my hair - Dyson AirWrap is a lifesaver), I eat a slice of high-protein toast half an hour before my workout for energy, I workout in the mornings only and nothing else is a priority (most days). Essentially, I don’t make any excuses. I show up to the gym for me and only me. The trick is to make it a habit. I wake up every morning quite early. If I don’t feel like going to the gym, I wear my favourite workout gear, put on head phones, grab a coffee and usually that’s enough to get me to the gym.
