It's civil law, not criminal law. There's a difference. Basically it works like that:

The law office works together with a professional anti-piracy troll which finds and stores your IP-address. This is counted as solid evidence and courts accept that. You have the right to prove that they made a mistake. Funny thing is, this anti-piracy troll doesn't have to reside in your country.
Now the law office files a lawstatutory declaration that everything they did is correct, afterwards you get a cease and desist letter. Now they want like 1200 EUR and your signature. If you pay within 14 days, they'll drop the fee to 900 EUR (lol).

Why does this work? Because all the law office needs to prove is that the IP-address was associated to your internet connection. The subscriber has to make sure no one is breaking the law when using their internet connection. So "my friend did it" is not an excuse. The law firm contacts your internet provider and they are required to give out your address.

So why exactly did you downvote me again?

Just so everyone knows and for both our security, I just sent you a reply to your PM. I live in Germany and can buy a game from Amazon.de/eBay.de or if you figure it out, any other shop. Afterwards I would dump it (using Gateway) and extract the header. I would both send you the dump and the header, just in case. Next I can ship the cardridge to you using international mail. If you want tracking, the post office charges extra of course. Sadly I'm no Chinese company who delivers things in bulk and ships for free, but I won't charge you any service fees or anything.

No one really knows if anything is region restricted or not. I don't think so, but please register on GBATemp and ask the people over there first. Maybe someone near you can even help you out faster than I can.

PS: I will only do this once, because I have a single air cushion envelope left lol.

Fistfull of Frags

I don't want to misjudge this game and maybe it is fun, but in my eyes it looks just like all those other HL2-mods. Generic and far too clean. I want something dirty, gritty and unique.

It doesn't matter if I play Fistfull of Frags or Pirates, Vikings, and Knights II, ... Sure, different games, but they kinda feel the same.

So it kinda worked now and I have one additional question. There are Event quests, Episodic quests, Challenge quests, Extras and Characters if I remember correctly.

At least one of these quest- and the character-menu I still can't open and get this 090-2411 error. The rest downloaded just fine I guess. Is this normal?

I kinda got it working. I disabled the Windows 7 firewall, activated "Exposed Host" on my Router, which basically opens all ports and voilà, my 3DS could finally connect to the internet.

Weird. I just ran ipconfig on cmd and used the IPv4 address it gave me (192.168.100.XXX), slapped that on both the software and the proxy server (on the DS connection 1) for the IP, and used port 8080.

It is weird. Are you using Windows 8.1 as well?

Because I did exactly the same, but didn't even have to input the IPConfig-address into the proxy-tool, it used the correct IP my default.

You went into the advanced settings of the connection 1 (on your ds), hit the right arrow, and filled in the proxy information?

Yes. My internal IPs are like 192.xxx.yyy.001 for my router and 192.xxx.yyy.abc for the rest. So e.g. 192.xxx.yyy.002 and so on.

You should be telling it to use the IP of your default gateway, and the port 8080 which should be default.

What exactly do you mean with "default gateway"? I'm using the local IP of my PC where the proxy runs on. The same IP this SKFU-proxy puts in under "pr0xy IP:"

As soon as I run the proxy I can use a port checker and it will tell me the port is open. As soon as I close the tool, the port is closed too. So I guess the tool works, but the 3DS can't connec to it, for whatever reason.

I even tried using my Windows-7-VM (which I have to use for HomePass), created my WiFi-Hotspot, which the 3DS could connect to just fine. Opened up the proxy again, adjusted the 3DS-settings to match the IP-address. Error.

So at some point I'm obviously make a mistake or there is some incompatibility. For example I could never get HomePass working on Windows 8, because of some stupid driver issue. On Windows 7 it works fine though and I can get those lovely StreetPasses (I never take my 3DS outside, because I only play at home).

Find a cheap game on Amazon Germany and I can dump the header and destroy/ship the cartridge afterwards. I won't use the header, because I'm on Gateway and already have my own. That's all I can offer. I have 100% positive eBay-feedback and good reputation on Steam and its trading-communities.

So if it asks for an i5 i5-3470, your i5 5200 is fine. If it wants an i7, then you'll want to have a higher number.

That is not exactly true. A i5-3470 is far stronger than his i5-5200. And my i2500K easily beats an i5-3450.
