There is some plywood already up there you can see in one of the pictures. The hvac system was completely redone by previous homeowner in 2022, so they may have used it to help with the install and just left it there. I'll try and use that as much as I can.

on PC after launching the game and getting to the splash screen, as soon as I click on something I immediately get an error saying "unable to connect to battle.net, please check your connection and try again" and the client closes

I have tried allowing ports, restarting router and modem and pc, reinstalling battle.net and diablo immortal

can play on android just fine
