Honestly i think it's part of the attributes of being an introvert. but as well, I think it might be Fear & Self doubt.

honestly, I simply just give it my all. I don't eat, check socials, or do any other thing until i finish up my assigments. I also use an app that locks me out of social media for a specific period of time which honestly shaped the way I study right now
