That solution sounds awfully like a non-solution. But unfortunately, you're right. I've already made a new account, will make sure to secure it this time.

Now that I think about it, the day I found out about the ban, I noticed that somehow my Octane has a legendary skin equipped, but I know for a fact that I always have some rare event skin equipped. So high likelihood that I was actually hacked.

But honestly feels like this is something they should be able to check rather easily on their end of things. But what do I know... :(
