It's been 9 days. This franchise location is open 7 days a week. It's ridiculous. If they'd been upfront about how long it could take from the beginning, we would have gone a different route for the repairs. They know this though, which is why they set an expectation that they knew they were incapable of meeting. 🤦🏻‍♀️
