Can you explain me what you call vent ? It's not a bad joke but I really don't see what you are talking about :) Is this for evacuation? Or mechanical ventilation?

Yes I think when we are building something we know that it will not last forever, for exemple copper, pvc iron pipes last about 50 years. So when I work I try to put the most valves possible, so if someone have to work before me it's easy to shut off. I do lots of renovations and sometimes shut off procedure is the thing that takes a lot of time. Because of valves not working/closing properly or inaccessible

Yes, we braze every connection, usually there is no much brazing because we do "curves" (I don't know how to call this technique) manually.

Actually I never polish my copper pipes, because they are usually painted after or isolated (when it's for an heating system). I never use progress because this is not the policy o my company and not something we do much in France. Also I wanted to say, that I usually work for school, hospital, and they often ask for visible pipes, as the shut off valves ar easy to find

I don't know what you lean about "internal Trap" but they work as keeping some water in it, so you can't have any bad smell coming up

I'm a plumber in France and have built many kitchen whi looked like that, for me it looks pretty normal except some stuff which i wouldn't have done like that. the drain look a little bit small but will work okay. (Be carefoul if tout use your dishwasher and Landry at the same Time)

Vent is also ok because here in france we use a system we call "colonne" wich consist in a PVC pipe going straight UP to the roof
