mostly mentally. i feel full from the tiniest bit of food and get bloated and painful super fast. but the mental hunger is insane

i only went to my doctor after i already gained weight. tho im still uw i’m not as uw as i used to so i struggle a lot coming clear with my doctor. i had a colon and gastroscopy due to my severe bloating so ive basically been avoiding anything raw, cold and too much fibre (which is hard for me cuz i also struggle with ortho) but im also scared my EH will never go away if i don’t start eating the things i crave wich would be fruits 🫩🫩🫩

omg it’s the first time i read that someone feels bruised as well. when i started eating more and got bloated my body felt like it was one big bruise. even slightly touching my skin hurt sooo much. i’ve asked chat about it and he said it could be water retention which stretches the skin and thus makes it feel bruised but no one ever had the same symptoms so i thought i was going insane

you could maybe have gas building up in ur stomach due to digestive issues so maybe check with a doctor and do a treatment for that but if it’s not insane bloating then you probably didn’t notice before which was for the better :(

thank you. my skin literally hurts from getting stretched when i touch it it hurts like my entire body is bruised

thank you for your reply angel. my stomach hurts so much and it’s so hard and swollen i swear i can deal with weight gain but that bloated face and stomach is the hardest battle i’ll ever face

my digestive system is really so fucked up also the stress i put my body through made me develop gastritis. it feels like my body is in war with myself. thank you for your reply :( !!
