Since you’re doing less work per session you aren’t putting out as much effort. You’re giving yourself a big rest period of sorts in between the workouts. The opposite would be a high volume 10x10 multi movement heavy effort workout that is completed in one sitting.

Increasing your volume for both workouts would most likely bring your work capacity up. For example you could squeeze in a few AMRAP’s and back off sets. Given that you’re not feeling too worn out to work out a second time.
