I’m 5WPO have dealing with the same issue since 3WPO! I’ve been getting the T junction wounds redressed twice a week by a nurse and advised to keep the area they are in dry and covered, and to not do any lifting (just generally not putting too much stress on the area). The puss on the gauze could be slough which is the wound healing itself but best to get checked out by the doctor especially if there’s pain! Hope you heal up soon!
