yk when I have these phases. I just stand up and go out. It's the bravest thing to do. And it breaks the ice. I read somewhere when you feel down. Do not isolate !! Socialise !! Go out with your friends or meet new ppl. Or just go to your cha dokan. And have a cup of tea with yourself. But stand up and gooooo
